I don't want to open this, I want to sell it to some Campy nut
Good call. Generic grease will be better anyway.

I am building a mountain bike up, do I need anti seize or grease in the frame for the headset? (Cups)
Frame is steel and headset is probably alu.
Also, same question (and materials) for seatpost and (external) bottom bracket cups.

Anti-seize if you've got it, grease if you ain't.
-
• #131
If you are worried look up duralac but it is not really anti seize but a jointing compound or use a ceramic anti seize.

Grease if it moves
Antiseize if it doesn't
Thread lock if you don't ever want it to move or it's coming undone

Is this grease any good? https://www.saveanddrive.co.uk/products/granville-multi-purpose-grease
Better recommendation for bearings?

I have a big tub of similar I have used for years on various old Raleighs, 90s MTBs, BMXs, kids scooters, a couple of cars and a motorbike - probably shed hinges and all sorts of other stuff too. It might not have extended the life of anything beyond being reasonably cared for or smelled of freshly mown lawns/rare citrus fruits from forgotten lands/some orchid that only flowers every 25 years. But it was cheap and hasn't killed anything.

Is this grease any good?
It's not first choice, but it's within the range of acceptable specifications.

What would you use on wheel and BB bearings for a TT bike?

We came to a consensus around Shell Gadus S2 V220AD 2, e.g. https://www.bearings-online.co.uk/item/2517/SHELL/Shell-Gadus-S2-V220AD-Grease-400grm.html

The difference in wear and drag will be undetectably small, though, so don't go mad.

What's the Rapha of chain/chainring/cog brushes?
I have some from Planet X, terrible, sheds bristles everywhere, flimsy as hell.
Thanks for the quick reply!
