You should enter the Italian Job with it:

Bikes are for riding, Anidel.

• #311
yeah, but this is a long ride :p
but I'd like to do it...I'll think about it. Got other Italian steels in my stable -

The Somec, of course...

And a F.Moser Leader AX :)

Is that finished now?

I have got everything, need to build it up. However I am also looking for a smaller frameset than the one I have.

I still need to fix the fron tubular, but as it was a wonderfully sunny day, I decided to steal the front wheel from the Somec and ride this to work this morning.
Wonderful ride, Moser frameset are amazing, even being Aelle tubing, it rides smooth and fast and arrived to the office fresher than when I ride the Somec! (albeit I push on that one more)I need to rotate the handlebar a bit, brake levers are too high and a bit uncomfortable.
Shorter stem (100mm against the original 120mm) feel more right for the size.Anyway, obligatory picture with definitive white tape, Silica Impero pump and pink bottle.

That looks superb!

Wait to see a picture with itw own front wheel and its own pedals. But yeah, it's nice thanks!
-
• #319
What's the stem in the picture? Looks longer than 100 mm?
-
• #320
definitely 100mm, before was 120mm!

Here it is. Looking for a less black seatpost and got a darker f.moser saddle on my way. Bit too much white as it is

So, sadly, very sadly, I am about to put this up for sale...anyone here interested already?
Got some proper pedals for it with cage and F.Moser straps that I still need to put on and a dark grey suede F.Moser saddle as well.
Thinking of a price...

What will be the replacement? Or do you sell it in order to fund the Athena11?

I need to reduce my bikes and this was in my mind for a while now. It's a 57, so big for me as well, also it is not getting the use it deserves (also because it'd be a shame to scratch the lovely paint!)
It got plenty of pato stuff (down to the skewers! except for the seatpost)
It rides quick and it's in great nick.

It's a lovely steed no doubt, I'm not in the market for any new bikes tho ;) Six is more than enough...
Oh god, return of the red tyres!?
I think the pink always looks good. The white looks equally as good with a white saddle (and as you said a silver seatpost).
Looks lovely. I do love this incarnation.
