Crashed along the front of the building I live in, breaking windows and taking brickwork out, before smashing into the pub. So lucky no-one was on the pavement at the time. The old boy driving very shaken up, minor cuts, but sitting up in the ambulance and seems OK-ish.

There's a short video, too--what generates all that white smoke? Is it only the white car? The black car seems to be smoking, too¸ or does that all come from the white one? I can't see the crash in the video.
14 reportedly injured, no deaths.
Is that really an SUV? It looks like a standard car to me.

It looks and sounds like the smoke is coming from him spinning his tires.
Sometimes drivers panic and floor the accelerator instead of the brake.
With his record he should never drive again. -

'Speeding car' not 'speeding driver'.

That looks as if it's these houses:
Clearly, the driver was going too fast to make the turn from The Frithe into Knolton Way.
This does look very lucky--only minor injuries to the driver and those inside weren't hurt. Good that there wasn't more damage to the façade. The low wall to the front must have been the decisive protection that caused the car to flip over it.

Nobody hurt thank goodness but noteworthy for the clean sheer-off, don't often see that. Dumbarton:

That is just incredible--what was the driver thinking?

A tragic case in Edinburgh--a driver mounted the footway before crashing into a charity shop and hit a woman and a 3-year-old boy. The boy died.

Words fail. RIP little man.

Some fucking classic reporting right there, ZERO reference to the terrorist behind the wheel of the car.
What a dreadful, dreadful thing to happen.

Three 17-year-olds:
The couple went downstairs to find "the car parked in the pub, with three youths in it" and the air thick with "smoke and dust from rubble," she said.
It's remarkable--they crash through a wall right into the pub and are apparently not seriously injured, if at all. As previously surmised, I think that's the kind of crash protection result in case drivers crash against walls that has been made possible by research and design over the last couple of decades. The problem of crashing against trees or other things the car can get wrapped around remains unresolved--those crashes are often fatal. Here, they seem to have walked away.
A Grade II-listed building, too. I do hope there's an insurance payout.

One of those rare crashes of aircraft into buildings that rarely end without a fatality. Three people have died in this case:

No info yet on who the dead were, but one wouldn't expect those in the plane to survive.

Another van driving terrorist, child hurt, no suggestion that the driver been arrest, obviously.

Extra points for the entire vehicle in the house? How fast do you need to be going to get a whole van into a house? Mad.
Not a good time for this to happen. Hope that the house can be stabilised soon and that they manage to get all their stuff out.
