It's clearly miraculous that no-one got hurt in this one. It could so easily have been very nasty. It is nasty as far as the property damage goes, that could close the target for ages, and it's not easy for a small business to absorb that sort of cost, even if they end up getting compensated by insurance eventually.

It certainly 'counts', we've had a few intentional incidents. This is frightening, as he could well have killed them. A charming man and a racist to boot, it seems.
