So I got in contact with the shop in Belgium whose name this bears who have told me that they had the frames made about 20 years ago from Reynolds tubing, and had them painted in Belgium. As the fork is Columbus tubing, it's suspect it's either not original or the framebuilder didn't supply forks.

NOS Profile stem and cheap risers and tape. 620mm feels fun.

Been riding this again under lockdown. Had some Brompton flat bars on but at 500mm they weren't great uphill so popped some Profile bulls on. Flipping between an 18 and 19t at the moment with the 47t ring.
