Saronni has a long relationship with Colnago.

Any idea why they boycotted the big boy's race? Only scanned the start list but other nations seem to be taking it seriously.

I think their focus is on the Worlds, so presumably that's taking priority.

I thought this would be an opportunity to tune-up as a team but I suppose unless it's pan flat, it's not going to be much use anyway.

Too easy for Sagan, now Euro champ as well. If he rode all his races like he did today it would become boring.

Maybe GVA should have been there, although this was really a perfect final km for Sagan with the 'flattish sprint' last stretch to the line

There's nothing new in this, is there? Dan Craven had a Namibian bank as his 'personal sponsor' when he signed for Europcar, which I imagine means they paid his wages, or a large part of them.
