Did you read Coquard's comments afterwards? Thought he had it, then Debusscheure just nipped him, said something like "given what's happened this week, it's better that a Belgian won."

Was about as far from cocky as you can get.

Debuscherre came from way back, made it look like most of the front 10 weren't sprinting. Gaviria wasn't for some reason.

I felt for GVA after his lone slog into the wind

Gaviria went about 100 metres too early, always disastrous on a deceptively uphill sprint.

GVA doesn't give a fuck. He's just racing deep to pushing into top form.

Millar called Dan M a 'freak' on twitter. Can't help but get connotations when people use works like that.

I've just bought a Kwaremont glass in Bierhall Deconinck in Vichter. The circular base of the glass has cobbles relief pattern and there is a tiny cyclist climbing up the stem. It's genius.
