Really looking forward to the next few weeks. There's the Lotto Belgium Tour, the national championships, the splendour, intrigue, drama, beauty and excitement of the best race in the world and then the women's TdF. And still plenty of time left over finally to get round to creosoting the credenza.

I agree, but the two weeks before and the week after are awful, easily the worst part of the season.

The World Championships should be moved back to August.

That's my excuse. Literally the only reason I'm not in the World Tour right now.

Especially when the lovely view is paired with somewhere selling delicious beers. It's not in me to cycle past such an offering.

Final stage of the Tour De Suisse Women is recommended viewing. Talk about forcing the error. Brilliant stage.

The whole race was really top notch …. lovely scenery , hard fought racing and … todays stage - cracking ….. I’ve bitten all my nails down and that was just watching the highlights … !
