It’s worth watching it through to see how different it is to the UCI scene and why it’s proving popular. The mass-start format presents challenges but makes it a great event for fans.
Haters, give it a go! Just relax, breathe, open your mind…

Not sure how you define legit EF pro, but Lachlan and Howes lined up for Unbound.
I guess legit simply means, ‘doesn’t race gravel’?

Wouldn’t fancy painting lines in that mud

Finish is on tarmac, so I think they should tbh.

I thought there was only one from the youtube still.
I'm not a gravel race hater, I did the national champs last year, but this is the Pro Cycling thread. How many Unbound racers are paid a full time wage to race their bikes? Gravel thread is over there somewhere

I’d estimate around 20-25 across sexes.

Given Sagan gets paid about £80k per day racing, I think it counts as professional.

Does one Kiel Reijnen in a Trek Pride t-shirt offset Chloe Dygert and Quinn Simmons?
-
• #40095
Dygert rides from WMN whatever they're now called
-
• #40096
"rides" may be over-stating things. In two seasons with them, she's done four race days; National ITT, Olympic TT and RR and Het Nieuwsblad, where she was a DNF.

I was thinking to add that addendum. Whatever her views and transgressions are, I can empathise with how hard the road to recovery is. Perhaps she's done I dunno. It's sad to see the demise of an athlete from premature circumstances.

Diagnosed with Epstein-Barr in March from what I remember; explains the quiet year
Dirty Triathlon is a great euphemism, haven’t decided what for yet mind.
