  • why are both Yates brothers wearing neck warmers? To hide needle marks??

  • Great winter-kit racing in Paris Nice RN. Love Rog’s winter mane.

  • Get your gloves off Simon and you'll do it. Great climbing.

  • Big dribble vibes from Rog.

  • I’d be gasping dressed like that.

  • Rog is such a bastard

  • horrendous neck warmer/cap (peak up) combo post up. disgusting.

  • I was getting this vibe

  • Obvious Van Aert is in superb form. I don’t expect was thinking he’d have to show it off today.

    Is he riding MSR?

  • Yes

  • Wout is blowing my mind again

  • It was a shame Dani Martinez punctured out of the lead group, him and Yates could have potentially put Roglic in more trouble than Yates could do alone.

  • I’ve just seen Pogacar is racing too.

He’d have to bin everyone on the Poggio but you wouldn’t totally rule that out at the moment.

  • Yes. It will be quite exciting to see how that pans out. Maybe roglic can keep up when Pogacar accelerates and then it's setup for WVA in the sprint as it is brought back...

  • Tirenio and Paris Nice have made me very excited for the tour. Roglic's team is monstrously strong but he doesn't look quite as dominant as Pogacar, whereas Pogacar's team doesn't look so strong. Seems fairly evenly matched for the tour

  • Formolo, Bjerg and Soler looks like decent help to me. Etc.
And maybe they are not peaking for spring classics like WVA and his entourage.

  • rog collapsed in a 1 week race where pog wasnt even riding and in TA Pog casually won

there is no match; pog cant be ‘solved’

  • they're good, but bennet isn't Vingegaard, Bjerg isn't Dumoulin etc. I still think the Jumbo Visma squad is much stronger

@amey but the teams were much stronger at Paris Nice. And a win isn't exactly a collapse

  • And a win isn't exactly a collapse

absolutely I agree, but Yates put him in trouble with no errors/crashes/mechanicals and as AndyP said if Martinez hadnt punctured could have been quite tight

Yates isnt Pog, Pog would take a minute on him in similar situation just chillin

Should be fun though, pls join lfgss fantasy league @fredtc @Hulsroy Velogames league ID: 433926617

  • Bjergs time trial is on par with windmills.
Vingegaard is not going to sacrifice himself for Rog.
    But ok fair.

  • Absolutely not

  • I think Pog is a bit more aggressive and far more enjoyable to watch.
I couldn’t see Rog losing GC to Yates yesterday he might have been struggling but also seemed pretty conservative defensive riding.
I think Pog wins the tour comfortably at this point.

If he hadn't had Van Aert to drag him along, I'm not sure it would have been all that tight. Benefits of having a strong team...

  • I started listening to Bobby & Jens after you were on it - their interview with Mads was good as well
