Sacha Baron Cohen has decided that it's time to retire his alter-ago as a Sardinian pro cyclist, and he's just finished his last ever Grand Tour stage.

Maybe if they picked locals rather than poaching talent from up country it would have been better. We have decent talent like Tristan down here that they’re not giving time. The team was made to push Cornish talent and they just aren’t doing this.

He's decent but not at that level (having raced against him and some of the GB and Trinity youths). Anyway St Piran Development Squad is where it's at, why join a club for £25 a year when you can pay £££s for the professional experience and get binned 10mins into your local chipper.

Viviani (back) to Ineos for next year. Seems odd because he’s not the rider he was and they don’t really have anyone to lead him out. Maybe he knows stuff.
