Some did, some didn't. Vos knew, but didn't tell her teammate! ELB knew and didn't tell AvV (ELB raced with Keisenhofer at Lotto for a month).

After the olympic races, can we have the ‘ban race radios from world tour races’ conversation again? Or maybe emergency broadcast by race director only? How would it change racing? Would it create better racing? I don’t know, what do you think?

i am pro radio(information) don't think chaos makes for better/more interesting racing just spectacle.

Cecilie Uttrup Ludwig had a bit of a whinge about how the bigger teams made them all look like amateurs. Surely if she'd known there was a rider up the road, she should have tried to organise the other people in that big group to chase. There's no freebies in the sport so it seems her tactic to sit with that pack and let them use their numbers to work backfired.

The athletes do come across as rather unintelligent using this excuse. Surprised MVDP is using it?
