Wowzers.

Thank God for that, it was starting to get intensely painful how he was always coming second or third.

Were it to go ahead, would results back to 2011 be modified?

Degenkolb was running an extra in-line quick release to get around the tyres.
Haven't seen them before and wouldn't mind some to get around the crap QR on mt WW Ciamillos.

This Sunday: Tro Bro Léon in Brittany, France. Awesome race, would love to do the tourist version/sportive of this.

Last year's race is on YouTube. I watched it earlier and it's like Wacky Races. Completely bonkers.
I would not like to do it. Those surfaces are dreadful.

Watched the Incycle vid on Youtube this morning with PhilGil describing his win on the Cauberg for the WC in 2012 and it still gets me every time seeing Jon Tiernan-Locke in the selection the finish mentally screaming " just don't win it Jon, you know you could piss this but you really can't".

It's the only black and white striped team that's on a rampage in Belgium this spring

This looks great.
I've been doing a bit of riding on these types of roads lately. The Cotswolds are full of them and they're dry right now. It's a lot of fun (on a cross bike).

I wonder if dreamy Pete can do anything today

I don't think so. 4000 alt. meters is not really his thing
- edit: ah you mean Kennaugh I thought Sagan but he's not racing -
Surprised and disappointed that Wout Poels had to let go

AGR looks more hectic than ever, this must be the classic with the highest number of turns (and mini roundabouts, traffic islands and speed bumps)

Nibbles and T Martin in the breakaway, yum
Yeah, Matthews was isolated from about 20km out, and BMC were able to just slow the peloton which bought the break about 10 seconds, very good riding from them.
If Matthews had Gerrans like he will on Sunday he'd probably have won I reckon, bookies seem to agree too, he went from 16/1 at the start of the week to 8/1 now. Will be interesting to see if he can stay with the likes of Valverde, Purrito and Martin if they really push it though.
