He seems to have faded. Won the green jersey in Paris - Nice, 3rd in MSR then the wheels seemed to come off: DNF in the tour of the Basque country, then right down in the Dauphiné which was his last GT prior to the Tour.

They are second and third on GC with a leader who is looking more and more likely to crack. Why would morale be low?

I think its fascinating how the general opinion seems to be that Ineos are having a disastrous tour. Perhaps wait until Sunday before calling it, eh!

use his full christian name, its doing wonders for julians all round the world, after years of bullying julians are becoming cool, just imagine how many french nippers will be christened that name in the coming year if he wins

I must say I am absolutely shocked Alaphilippe wasn't punished for being pushed by his soigneur.

They did tests with Deceunick and Ineos too, except they tested them before they left their hotels. They missed Jumbo-Visma at the hotel, hence doing the tests in the team bus instead.

Relative to all the deliberate sticky bottles and car tows you get in any cycle race it's a bit of a storm in a teacup as far as I'm concerned... We could always revisit some of Sky's greatest hits of deliberately bypassing feedzone restrictions by getting other team mates to collect it and give them to Froome #marginallytriggered
