Movistar need to look at themselves

Nice to see Movistar holding up for Sunweb, like they did for Nairo a few days ago.
-
• #12137
how's that? There's nothing in the rulebook about letting the race leader stop to take a shit every 10 mins and they've held tempo rather than attacking.

Poomoulin

Nah. Fuck those guys.
"we won because we put our foot down when the leader was taking a shit'
dismal
-
• #12143
It's nothing about the rulebook, it's about respect.
Would you feel good about winning a grand tour because you pushed on when the leader was ill and kacking his pants on the side of the road?
-
• #12144
If you got shit problems I feel bad for you son, I got 99 mechanicals but my ass aint one.

Part of winning a GT is not getting sick. It's not like they've attacked on the flat whilst he's having a piss. It's the stelvio
Edit, Obviously Froome and Wiggins should be informed of this too, and stop "Levelling the playing field"

they don't know that he's sick. They just know he's taking a shit. FFS. If they thought he was sick, then they could have let him re-join, then attacked him - and each other.
If it looks bad, it probably is bad. And it looked bad.

No idea what to think. Movistar isn't really attacking. And he got off at the bottom of the climb when things were going to kick off. That has a touch of strategy about it. Cutting pace for a chunk of the climb would certainly have been helpful. But we won't know, or won't know before the race is over.
Whoops, nerves? Hopefully not sick
