  • Trump Aisle. Next to the American Gammon

  • And the freedom fries?

  • And the baconnaise with extra cheese.

  • My sainos keeps the Carters with the ‘Bru, dandelion & burdock, cream soda and other good patriotic beverages. The boylens is kept on the colonial isle along with the marshmallow fluff and revolting flavoured Pringles.

  • The Dill Pickle ones are so nice though.....

  • Had my first taste of the fabled chinotto last week while in Tuscany. Damn that shits good, like some kind of non-alcoholic fizzy negroni!

  • Amen brother.

  • It truly is the king of all.

I had a can of Ting today. Good level of sour but unfortunately way too sweet.

  • Where the fuck can I get L&P in town?

  • Their cream soda is lovely.

  • We bought a soda stream to save us from buying bottled water.

Ribena has been ruined with artificial sweetener.

Apart from Belvoir and Bottle Green who else makes decent cordials?

  • Schweppes agrum is delicious if anyone is ever in France. Think it's grapefruit, orange, lemon and lime. Very light and lovely on a summer day. I cleared out a vending machine last time I was there.

Club rockshandy is club lemon and club orange mixed. It's available pre mixed now and has a very decent sugar free version. It's incredible and highly recommended to anyone visiting Ireland. Bonus deliciousness if you order it in a bar as they mix a bottle of lemon and orange in a pint glass. I always liked it because if someone asked you what you wanted to drink in a bar you get 2 drinks (nevermind they have to pay for 2 drinks)

  • Gin and Ting for reals

  • Cheers, just round the corner too.

  • chinotto
    CHINOTTO

A true ‘cult drink’, Sanpellegrino Chinotto is a beverage with a taste that is entirely its own.

Born in the ‘50s, Chinotto is made from extracts of zesty sun-ripened chinotto oranges that get their distinct flavour from the unique conditions of the Mediterranean land.

A deep brown colour with a light carbonation that rolls off the tongue, every sip is a journey to the south of Italy with the iconic Chinotto.

It is full of the exquisite aroma from chinotto essential oils that plays joyfully with the scent of orange blossom flowers, whilst its full-bodied taste balances sweet and bitter with smooth hints of cinnamon and rhubarb between the mix of 20 different herbs.

A remarkable drink distinguished by its fresh and decisive flavour, try Chinotto with some Italian dishes such as puntarelle with anchovies, or a fish fry, and join the fans all over the world who have loved Chinotto for generations.

    Serve chilled, ideally at 3-4°.

Optional garnish of lemon peel will accentuate the intense flavours of Chinotto.

  • Love this stuff.

  • Spotted this the Coop on the way into work today, remembered it was mentioned on here, so grabbed a can (at 49p) and can confirm it's a tasty beverage.
They had a diet/ sugar free variant, but I tend to dislike the artificial sweeteners so avoided.

It's not as sour as I'd like, but not as sweet as I was expecting.

    5/7 would Ting again

  • If anyone spots pink Ting (http://www.dizzyfrinks.com/pink-ting/) in the UK let me know.

  • It’s the bev of choice with the mates who run Films Not Dead

  • Peruvian Fanta was delicious, along with the ubiquitous Inca Kola

  • Inca was available from the Bolivian-I-think shop just after Bricklayers Arms on OKR. Go east from E&C, pass Lidl on the right, and just before the traffic lights was the shop. After the newsagent.

They had cheesebread and other delicious street food snacks too. But yea, Inca and Guarana and stuff was in there.

  • Has anyone seen a decent range of La Croix Water here? The blackberry and cucumber is a personal favourite.

  • I would be interested as well. My parents in the US drink crates of the stuff. The cranberry one is great.
