I had stayed on a little bit last night solo, met a few players, back in the mother fucking game...

Have a day off, might get a few hours in before some work

I think there must of been about 4 of them... maybe 3... but there were defo 2 types of gun fire and I think they were working as snipers on the hill and 2 assault guys with AK's going in to loot.
I respawned clolse by twice, twice! Ran back to try and get to any of our bodies and was killed both times, second time he shot my legs out and I crawled away only for him to come round the corner and finish the job. Full Gorka including helmet and an AK with drum mag.

We lost so much damn good stuff. Did anyone survive with a mini AK? I was dead smug about having one of those hidden.

I think next time we need a bit of a chain of command. Whoever has the highest settings take command, and we fucked up weapon wise, non of us had anything with a scope, trying to push forward into snipers is never going to work. We should of flanked far right, I think their assault guys must of flanked our left as once me and fettled were up by the hay bails with the random bambis they were down by the station. I rushed down and saw a player in front of me, my sound was messed up and before I could work out if he was one of us or not he gunned me down. It wasn't actually that quick though, I would of had time to return fire if I wasnt rushing about like a fool yet being cautious on the trigger...

Very, very true. Also, I like getting "organically" geared. It's an important part of the game.

I have food, matches, axe, mosin with all attachments (odd lucky find - must of been dropped), ammo and anything else I will need.

Now my shame and frustration has died down I'm beginning to look back on the massacre with fondness... 8 of us too! A bit of a mess, but we gave it our best...

8 people. That was pretty cool, the amount of times @spenceey had to respawn was crazy.

Also, that might of been the third time I was a hot head hungry for action/trouble, each time with the same results, I really ought to learn my lesson...

AKS 74Us in the military bases, pavlovo for sure. You can find the AKS 74U butt stocks in the police station as well.

And mp5s in police stations, no idea where to find the bloody buttstocks though...

Ahhh... as suspected... I shall continue West. If you want my Mosin V it's all yours although I suspect you will be sorted by the time we can meet...

Well, I logged back in and those guys in the room below me must have really fucked themselves up. I found a ruined M4 about 5 ruined double Stanag mags for it, various other ruined gear. I think after shooting all that ammo at the ceiling trying to glitch through the concrete and hit me they must have blown themselves up trying to get the grenade through the ladder hole into the room I was defending. It was a group of German dudes with a clan tag beginning 'A'. I'm claiming victory on that.

I've moved away from the coast inland a bit towards Topolka Dam.

I also just tried shooting Zs at range with a repeater and have to say it's pretty good. I picked off a Z running left to right on the screen chasing a bambi and I could barely see him - he was about the same range as you guys in my last screen shot earlier. Missed on the first two but on the third he went straight down.
