I have my phone mounted on my stem via a spacer thing with a holder so...

the brake block was rubbing on the rim very gently but creating a slight vibration due to friction
i've had that before, badly adjusted / installed brake caliper -

Partly the cable and partly the caliper. Back brake isn't springing back 100%.

Clean the brake and change the cable, it'll be fine
I posted this animated picture of bees in this thread, because bees make a buzzing noise, and I am making the suggestion that Clockwise's bike is making a buzzing noise due to a bee infestation.
This is somewhat humourous, as it is a whimisical and fanciful notion, and unlikely to be true. In fact, were it true, it would be somewhat alarming. Bees can, after all, deliver a nasty sting.
