It is a very short stem and you've got risers as well. Grab a cheapo 100mm on from here or ebay and see how it fits you. Then tweak up or down a cm or 2 if you need.
Yeah the stem was a loaner from my brother off his MTB jump bike suspension monster. Worked great with the other bike as my forks had more rake.
My buddy has a 120mm stem I can try then i can work out what I need in the middle ground.
Toying with popping some drops on it too. Its a rolling work in progress "DOALLTHETHINGS" bike.

So i've got it all built up with new forks. blb freestyle things and some large tyres. Its proving to serve me well for my commute everyday however I am wondering if anyone can see a way I can get a front brake onto these forks as there is an epic drop at the front. basically 700 rim in a 29'er fork I believe.
Not seen any "long drop" calipers that will reach that far if i drilled out the front of the fork.
Wondered if perhaps a bmx 990 style brake plate with a u brake might suit my needs? Or bolt on v brake lugs that dont cost the earth?
