I want wall-to-wall Ken Doherty

Judd Trump not having a good time today.

This Wilson/Higgins match has been very, very slow

Would love it if Wilson or Gilchrist could take it this year. Really enjoyed both.
Bingham doing well going toe to toe with Ronnie

The thing i have enjoyed the most about this tournament is the amount of tactical and safety play. Games aren't getting decided by boring break building.
Wonder how much the tables are playing their part in that?

Come on Kyren!

Bit of aggro there, although I don't blame Ronnie one bit

Liking this SF line-up. Happy for any of these fellas to win it. But hoping Wilson or Gilbert prevail

So pleased that Bingham has forged a second opportunity...

... as a snooker player, after having a starring role in hit 90s movie The Goonies.

I should point out that much like cricket I know nothing about snooker. It just happened to be on during last night's pub quiz and my mate likes it. We lost the pub quiz thanks to SOMEONE saying Snow White instead of Sleeping Beauty.

Also Neal Robertson living his best Crucible life as a front line member of the BBC punditry line up.

Very pleased to see the back of Higgins.

^ interesting, thanks for posting
I'd be happy with Wilson, Gilbert or Jones to win it. Looking forward to Wilson v Gilbert.
As a wise upthread commentator put it, Gilbert has a jib that sure is cut nicely.
Can't warm to Bingham, no doubt he's a lovely fella IRL

Bingham win please - Jones is just a Selby Jr and I can't stand it
-
• #595
Definitely want the winner from the Wilson Gilbert semi to win.. Though respect to anyone that holds their shit together to take it
-
• #596
superb stuff from both Wilson and Gilbert. hope goes to the wire

Thanks for posting that. Crazy that he got a 6 month suspension given the story presented here. Power of the tabloids boggles the mind.

thank you. unfortunately many will never read this and continue to believe in smears.
shows the gutter press at its worst - vile.

The comments on this are pretty much unanimous that O'Sullivan was trying to get the ref riled up and make the shot easier. My friend who watched it said the opposite and agreed with the article? 🤔

There was no "incredible sporting gesture"; the shot wasn't on when the black was on its spot or in its divot.
Not to mention why the divot wasn't under the spot, the referees can't have been putting it back in the same wrong place all week.
Dennis Taylor's commentary is starting to anoy me.
