Jealousy is an ugly thing, Andy.

TBH I feel bad I have not read the rules after all these years, so big apologies to the forum.
Ok, obligatory price drop to £565 so I can inform people that I am incorrect about the head tube on the track frame. It is 115mm and all correct as per the design diagram. I have, oops, had, three Burls (track, road and cross) and I got confused somewhere.

Couple of questions:-
Is the frame drilled for rear brake?
Would you post?Thanks
-
• #41
Yes, it is drilled for rear brake.
I can post at cost. I am in NY next week, so won't be able to post until Sat 2nd weekend in May.

Both frames now gone. Glad to have sold on here rather than ebay.
A good question. It failed around the BB affecting the down and seat-tube. Mr Burls reckons it was a bad weld that put stress where it shouldn't have been and of course it was a very uncommon occurrence. It was properly rebuilt, with new tubes replacing those affected and a longer head-tube to accommodate a stronger setup.
