I'm going to be honest, and say at the moment, I'm not 100% I have the distance in me...
Might be postponed till the next bank holiday. -
• #37
Thoughts on postponement anyone?
Since we've had massive dropouts, and I don't trust my legs to get me through it, though I probably would...
#classiceyebrowsfailthread -
• #38
might do it solo anyway
-
• #39
^ if ya want some company
I don't mind tagging along -
• #40
I'm not 100% out, I edited/ made a different route:
http://ridewithgps.com/routes/4783386
However, the current forecast for 7.5-10mm/hr of rain from 0700-at least midday on Saturday could make it truly miserable, and only due to clear at 1600....

seems less hilly?
-
• #42
It is, mostly due to surrey avoidance.
I just put it up as a different option. The 1st is probably more scenic, but needs some significant editing, I think -

Parents have sprung family event on me.

We've got our June event coming up on Saturday June 28th
It's going to be a series style race event between a number of pubs in the purbecksWe've got some very big sponsors which will be announced a little later on, it's £4 entrance for the race for LFGSS members (and that includes free Jimmy's Iced Coffee)
We are trying to create monthly events down here, a mixture of alley cats, longer races, downhill time trials, track days and a few other things
check out our Facebook if you want to keep up to date on our stuff, it'd be really nice to have some of you guys down. The guys at cycle ps are bringing down a team next Friday, the only London representatives so far!
