What's going in with reffing games/do you know which ruleset you'll be using yet?

We're going with the new NA ruleset. If anyone has any objections to this let us know. It's assumed that this set will be used at the Euros so it seems to make sense for people to get to know it.

I hope everyone will learn the hand signals.

Refs will be on court (there's no vantage point to ref from at the sides), I guess it'll be winning team refs for the Swiss rounds and then up to a point yet to be determined in the elim.
Any constructive advice gratefully received (without making this the rules thread).
