The R400 are Tiagra grade shifters, Shimano haven't changed it since Tiagra were an 8 speed groupset (hence why the 9 speed are either Ultegra or Dura Ace).

Already got S900.

Need a different crankset as the crank arms is less than a millimetre from the chain stay, so back to square taper (white industries from the Oak).

Most of the part are temporary, like stem and seatpost, headset is also temporary.

Is that the +-17deg ARX stem?
Will look great with a pink CK headset. Might clash with the red stripe on the stem though?

Yup, 17deg ARX, something from the part bin to see how it feel, the intention is to run a black Zipp stem that'll match the fillet brazed nicely, unsure about seatpost, something like a Fizik setback without the decals.

Yup, really skinny too, thinner than the fork blade, it got rack mount on the crown.

New square taper compact 46/36 chainset coming soon, it's black so will fit the bike nicely, required a 103mm BB, so 110mm should cut it out.
