the jersey and leg warmers were a bonus

I'm super happy there were bomber jackets, I was kicking my self for not getting one last time.

But also got two pairs of bib shorts and the hats I wanted. Well worth the queuing.

It's mental, people listing Sky baselayers for 80 quid and jackets for 250, surely no one is that thick?

Yeah on reflection I think more gloves + ebay could've been a sensible move.

Well it was all a bit of blur for me, despite being near the front of the queue on Saturday morning, I think I was over-awed and over-tired.

I found myself passing up on decent gear just because it wasn't exactly what I had come for.

I realised a bit too late that the best technique was to just grab as much as what you can, and filter through your own pile in your own time.

Quite happy with my long sleeve city Randonee Jersey though, but missed out on the Orange/Purple Lombardia Jersey - (I hadn't realised I wanted one until I saw someone holding one!)

Managed to get some 3/4 cross bibs too, but i was I bit disappointed they didn't have the more recent style of jersey, so I might sell them on...

So yeah, I'm currently in the market for a Lombardia Jersey, and also did anyone see any City Wind Jackets? - All in Medium?

ebay has a few going at reasonable prices...not sure about sizes.

Selling on ebay now for various prices. Some have them as BIN £25 not too shabby. Only in small.

They were sweeping up & stacking boxes in the closed shop earlier, was almost tempted to knock on and ask if they'd any more £1 gloves.
