That was a lovely way to spend a Sunday afternoon. Thank you for all the organising, I'm sure you (and Nick) must have put a fair bit of time in - it was worth it. It was also nice to see some faces I haven't seen for a while. Sorry I didn't get to swap names with anyone I didn't know. My only dissapointment was not going past Goldsmith's Hall, where I used to go every morning (round the back in the London Assay Office) back in the late 70's/early 80's.Re-the faster, less stopping version someone wrote about earlier. You must have read my mind. I was thinking, a high-speed-dash through London's nooks & crannies might be fun!

Thank you so much for organising a really great ride. It was all lastminute.com for me as I hadn't planned to come along. It was great to see some places of historical interest, the city deserted and the ride / pub ratio was just right.
