Does the slight inward lean negate what would otherwise be a current record of 5.5 scb from saddle to drop? Disappointing if so.

Probably. The fit triangle is exactly replicated on the Look, it's about 5 bricks.

why no compact drop and shorter stem? I would assume that would be stiffer by having shorter stem and lighter as well.

It was bought primarily for TTs, the long riser stem was to get my track drops into the right place for occasional forays onto the boards. The 'dual purpose' Koga has now been replaced by the T3 and the Look 464 (see above), each of which is better than the Koga for it's respective purpose but neither of which could be forced to take on both roles.

But is it 5.5 bricks?

Doubt it, look at the relative angles of the tarmac and the brick courses.
