  • Weight vs Aero: http://flocycling.blogspot.se/2014/01/flo-cycling-great-debate-aero-vs-weight.html

It doesn't matter as long as you turn off that Strava.

  • a lot of the components are from china = cheap

and im still getting a decent wheelset

  • Let me guess: fakey Chinese seatpost, bars and saddle? Top man! It's just that I got the best aero/weight/looks balance for my last build with 38x23mm 'U' shape UD carbon rims on the hubs you're using, bladed spokes, for £280, which I thought was pretty damned good (you're not having them!). What is your wheel build going to be and what will it cost?

  • seatpost and bars yes, wheelset is gonna cost me aprox 160£ its secret for now.

well I don't care what kind of wheelset you used on your previous build, this is my build..

  • Don't forget the footie hub...

  • Don't forget the footie hub...

yea, when the time is right im gonna get 88mm carbon rims with footie hub

Chill out dude, Colin was trying to be helpful if you actually read his post

Bike looks nice, decal doesn't do it for me on grounds of a) it's not a Cinelli and b) I don't personally think it works aesthetically

Rest looks tidy, get some pics of a build up soon

  • this is how complete as i can get it atm

    Waiting for parts to arrive

Also weighed (?) the frame with pedal setup, crankset, seat, steapost, about 2650g.

  • Check if you can peel of the logos on those rims.

  • Off even.

  • Off even.

no you cant peel the logos off, seems like they have some kind of clear coat on top

  • Campa omega V 423 g 21,3 x <19,8>mm

H+son archetype 484 g This is a great job but a legend says they take water. Is it true?

  • no you cant peel the logos off, seems like they have some kind of clear coat on top

So a razorblade to get that off and then a hairdryer to make them lift off the rim.

Thinking about getting these for the Conc instead of the SL42s.

  • Check if you can peel of the logos on those rims.

They are water transferred and won’t fall off for a long long time.
