  • I should not be asking this but what size and price?

  • Make sure you're certain, don't think it'll hang around. Lovely bike.

  • I'm 6ft 1 and with the 13cm stem, it fits me well, you can get the stem low due to the short headtube for a racing set up, or obviously set higher. This is the geometry as best as I can measure it, from bikecalc website. Although when I measure the top tube directly, it is 57cm ctc.

    Trail 60mm
    Wheel Flop Factor 15.8mm
    Head tube Angle 74.3°
    Seat Tube Angle 73.6°
    Virtual fork angle 5.301°
    Bottom Bracket Drop 56mm
    Bottom Bracket Height 284mm
Wheelbase 992mm (under 100cm, so you know it handles well)
    Effective top tube 580mm
    Reach 412mm
    Stack 573mm
Seat Middle - Bottom Bracket 217mm
    Fork Length 368mm

There is one downside, a small 'crack' in the right seat stay near the clamp, a very fine line appeared two years ago, with a small bleed of corrosion. I took it to my LBS and they said it could be a crack, couldn't be sure, suggested I could file back the paint to inspect it, and spray some wd40 on it and see if it disappears into the crack. Anyway I didn't do any of that, just put some nail varnish over the area to stop the corrosion, and figured I'd get it resprayed at Vaz and have Winston take a look. Two years later I haven't got round to any of that, and the area effected is no different. I've bought a Litespeed, and now need the space. I'll obviously sell it for a price that reflects the potential cost of a repairing the stay.

I'm going for a ride now, so I'll post new photos later. I am keen to sell it without saddle/saddlebag/pedals/wheels/mudguards.

  • And this was it before it's current colour scheme
