oof. tragic.
yours?
I have what looks to be the same frame, in pearlescent white and black.

That's a shame. I guess you're alright?

Yeah, that´s mine. But now I´m wondering how to get a new matching fork.
Nice white one you´ve got. Is it a size 52?
Got away from the crash with a broken left scaphoideum

it's a 56-I got in touch with Rychtarski a while back to check out getting an ahead fork built and they quoted $400 plus shipping... probably better buying a carbon fork at those prices and keeping an eye on the classifieds as they turn up from time to time.

With an impact like that I am sure you are getting the rest of the frame checked for alignmient too... would be lucky (or not quite-so-unlucky) if it is just the fork.

yeah I probably need to get the frame checked. The impact was pretty straight on. The bike was actually still standing on that thing - the pole with the sign on was between right side of handlebar and frame/fork.
I guess I will just find a carbon fork, I'm gonna miss that beautiful Max fork though…

I had new Max forks made by Lee Cooper for about 120 plus shipping, maybe drop him a line.

All credit to Mario, he's done a fantastic job , mixed the colour for me and got it spot on, and the
finish is perfect . I supplied the decals he did the rest , turned it round in less than 2 weeks and only charged me £80 , fantastic service and a nice guy ,really happy to recommend his work ,Did the first bit of spannering today , ream/chase/face the frame and fitted a stronglight taber bearing headset.

thank you, not much information on my frame. it's a Denti Scheggia.....but i did a find out today that the forks and rear triangle are columbus muscle, and it appears the 3 tubes are in fact aluminium, so def not steel. thanks for your input anyway....carry on with the nice photo's
