Still re-learning front sus use, after a decade of fully rigid. I'm riding on the pavement. Becuse its empty, I dont trust cars in this weather, and frankly I'm not going very fast. The snow ploughs spray lumps of old hardened snow all over the paths. So its an insanely bumpy journey. The lefty has amazing small bump compliance. But while it takes a lot of the work out of keeping the front end planted. It still requires you to weight it correctly to work.
Old dogs, and new tricks and all.

Dear Father Xmas
I want snow when my work for the year finishes, so I can go and play on my fat bike.
Dancing James (age 39)

Dear Father Xmas,
Make sure James is snowed in that he can't get out of the house.
Ed (age 28, I think).

It won't before January, at least. -

Dear Father Xmas,
Ignore James' request, send them to H's way.
Ed (definitely age 28).

I went out on my MTB today for a 20 mile bridle way slog. On 3 occasions its pathetic 2.5 inch tyres sank spoke-deep into the mud and I came to a halt.
In my mind a fat bike would have floated over the top and I wouldn't now have trench foot.
So I needs one.

so this is apparently Mike Curiak's bike used for the 'iditarod'
the pipe work on the trailer was apparently for carrying fuel for a camping stove, but i cant actually find a proper article on the bike so who knows!
either way, super cool!

Is that a dropper or a sus post?
You'll probably buy one before I do, not exactly a high priority. I have pretty much everything I need except the frame and tyres, but I also have plenty of ways to spend that £800 higher up my bike wish list.
