has anyone heard from bill? I'm really curious about his thoughts on this.

We talked about this at the last LHBPA meeting...

I won't have the time to organise this and perhaps the format wasn't quite right anyway, we discussed making this a polo weekend instead where we do fun stuff and introduce people to polo at the velodrome...

If anyone would like to step up and organise this I'd be happy to help in any way I can... I'm trying to get to Australia this year so I can't really commit to this 100%...

More importantly, we still need to erect the net we bought... We're gonna need someone with a little bit of experience with scaffolding to take a look at the idea that B, Ali, Ed Moog and I came up with...

I have to stress the above tho', who in LPC can take a look at what we have? No net, no event...

As weve said before Joe, its got to conform to Health & Safety standards as the last thing HH wants is a claim if a janky rig blows over...

Maybe, if you give me the details of the HH property manager/management company, I can get in touch and see what might/might not be acceptable to them on those grounds

I can ask one of the scaffolders on site to take a look, maybe HH would prefer it if we asked them to erect it for us too? Or supervise/sign off us erecting it. As they all hold tickets allowing them to do their job.

Great, we only really need to find out if what we've come up with is gonna be a) safe and b) actually possible... It shouldn't be too much work to get the thing put up once that issue is resolved...
