Browns are my first choice too. White ones are better for aero brakelevers, I think. (But don't ask me why...).

May I ask what stem that is on the Master Olympic? Cinelli Oyster? It looks a) hot; b) a bit like something from Aliens...

Saved this lady from the scrapyard today.

Nothing special except from the NR front derailleur, SR shifters, NR seatpost, SR non fluted crankset, NR pedals and these little things:

Amazing what people chuck out! Great little find. I seem to recall @Gaston being after a non fluted SR crankset. He has a fluted one to swap if you need.

I was after one too for my '86 Master (the one I finished this weekend) but gave up as sellers asked more than what I paid for the 8 kilo of old iron I bought this morning. ;-)

Would be a shame to let such a find go to waste. Do you have a spare unbuilt frame lying round to build up? Something makes me think you probably have ;-)

All that time and trouble spend no doubt polishing the jewellery pre photo yet no inclination to put some air in the tubs.

@JusCos haha, indeed. I can use the NR groupsets I have "spare" right now on a mid-eighties Ciöcc and Rossin I have somewhere.

I will use the "Colnago" brakes on my 1982 Super, I guess. Something makes me think these are of inferior quality compared to the NR/SR.

That is indeed a quandary. Modolo panto or non panto SR. Hell you just need to build up another frame as well to have both!

I will put the Modolo and NR parts on the Super "Saronni" and find myself a decent Nuovo Mexico "Saronni" to put SR on. ;-)

superbe pro is very smooth, integrated shifters knocked the bollocks out of suntour though sadly
