Did some triangle design Buffs and Walz caps with my club a few years ago. We tried to incorporate the triangles onto a jersey and personally it doesn't work but it's a valiant attempt, better than anything we mocked up. Personally I'd do a smart jersey with louder accessories.

Stolen design!

As an ex-designer I think you might possibly have hit a bit of a classic pitfall in the green to grey gradient. Just setting green and grey as the endpoints gives you a rather washed out pale 50% green + 50% grey midpoint. Which is pretty much all you can do if you are supplying RGB images to print.
If you work more closely with the dyes (akin to a spot or CMYK print process), you would often set the gradient endpoints as 100% green and (100% green + 100% grey). This gives you a solid green background with a grey gradient over the top and a midpoint of 100% green + 50% grey. Gives a much more solid look especially in the middle of the gradient.
Intended as constructive criticism - please ignore if I'm talking out of turn though.

Before this turns into the North London Kit Beef thread, there are about 5000 kits with triangle-y things* on at the moment anyway
*Illuminati confirmed

Can someone please confirm the date of peak triangle-y? 2016?

Feels very 2016, much like 2014 was the year of curtain-type floral prints

I used to want this kit so bad. The shame

The kit colour came from my business branding being green and grey. Britsih Cycling also recommended something bright to make it easier to identify during racing.
@croft not that it matters but it would be interesting to see when you guys first proposed design, we could then go for a patent war. Your skin suit is pretty nice, how is the fit and quality of the Millitag stuff?
We also have the matching team bus.

2013 is when we started doing that triangles motif. First public reference is here.
Milltag stuff is really good quality etc. I managed/designed the kit during our transition to them and with the manufacturers before and they're definitely way ahead in terms of technical materials etc. Only became aware of Milltag because they did the LFGSS stuff which was much better than what Islington was using at the time! -
