I'm torn. I really like some of this kit and a few others I've seen on my internet travels. And I quite liked the idea, when going on holiday somewhere, of finding the LBS and getting the local team's jersey as a functional souvenir.
Would this place me in the same camp, warrant the same contempt as the MAMILs wobbling around in full Sky kit an yellow jerseys? I think so, but it doesn't lessen my want for these things.

^You'll be fine in forrin jerseys!
Basic jersey laws: No current pro teams, no championship jerseys, no national team jerseys, no club jerseys unless you currently ride for them, no leadership (yellow/polka etc) jerseys. In short: nothing you haven't earned!
Defunct pro team jerseys are fine, preferably in wool, as are forrin amateur teams. 'Novelty' jerseys should be viewed with the same contempt as 'novelty' ties. Lycra should come with a weight limit. skinsuits are frowned upon unless you're actually racing at the time.
This is the law, transgressions are punishable by ridicule.

That's the way I see it, but it's the distinction between "no club jerseys unless you currently ride for them" and "forrin amateur teams" that gets me. Surely something like the Unicorn team kit above, Richard Sachs kit, Mash, Team Yacht Club, Tokyo Fixed (not foreign, but I like that pink jersey they have in the sale) would fall into both categories.
Although, I guess they're more like amateur race teams than clubs as such.

In my head the distinction lies in the kits intended use as well - I would think the TF kit is made to show appreciation, rather than to race in, so would not be considered a 'club jersey', basically as you describe it above.
Why you'd want to associate yourself with Mash I do not know (braced for nergs!), but I would see their association with Cinelli, and Richard Sachs stuff as being more 'pro' (in terms of finance?), than something like the unicorn stuff.
TL:DR ride fast in whatever you want. Life is too short to worry ...

I hope the new LFGSS kit will make it to this thread.

All this talk of wearing a MASH or Richard Sachs kit... LATFH*
*I'm in the Richard Sachs kit.
EDIT: I don't see the MASH, RS, Team Yacht Club, Geekhouse / Cuppow etc as team or pro kits, despite there being sponsors on them. I don't know, I just spent a week at the Tour Down Under and saw every Hubbard and his dog in replica pro cycling kits advertising banks and god knows what else. At least with the list above it's supporting small, independent companies / shops.

i like what tracko does with the cammo kit, but limited order window is a nause
all the fluro kit isn't really my bag, I thi k I'd feel like I was back in the day at a warehouse party and wouldn't want a flashback as I may start "throwin' some shapes" whilst riding
I like search and state, quite understated imo, haven't come across a retailer with yet,
I also liked the limited run Castelli did of cammo kit
