Heya, if there's two extras of the type 3 I'd like to do two custom artworks if possible. I'd be happy with only one if there's only one spare now. Please let me know and I'll add myself to the list and upload the artworks. I've done them as PDFs but happy to do them as a dwg or dxf if that's helpful. Cheers.

Great, thanks. Will these work? I've played around with some outlined ones following the stroke path, but to see what size font I can get away with I think I'd need to know the tool size and turning radius.

Assume the tool size, i.e. line width, is about 0.5mm. In your designs, any sharp corners will be radiused and thin points on serifs will be either fattened up or truncated.
