Smoothies - what recipes float your boat

  • My standard:

    Banana (or two)
    Oats
    Natural yoghurt
    Milk / water
    Cocoa powder

    Sometimes a bit of peanut butter if I'm feeling wild.

  • handful of dates
    half a coconut plus half the milk ( the other half for the next days smoothie )
    tart yoghurt ( raspberry or rhubarb ) to counter the sweetness
    milk
    ice cubes
    tablespoon of honey
