I thought Tivo was the Rolls Royce of recording facilities for cycling? A glitch?

Contador's going for it!
Exciting!

^indeed! Much more so than the bot train style
Impey fucking over his teammate Yates by sprinting for 4th

Usually, because it's a live event it records quite a bit longer but this was chopped. Maybe I don't have the overrun specified as long as I used to? Still shits on Sky+. I blame that fucking tennis shite.

fucking Dauphine - y u so early?
-
• #2735
they haz time schedules per stage on the site, learn them by heart (almost missed today's as well, it's just not in the system to turn on tv for cycling before 14:00)

Time bonuses only for top 3

My mornings / early afternoon are often full of meetings and/or work that I need to concentrate on. Half watching / working is usually only possible in the hour-or-so after lunch :(

The racing has been good but I can't really get into it.
It's like the tdf, but not important (except as a dress rehearsal).

I know but there was no need to lessen the gap, Yates was ahead, was on #10 GC and Froome was in the same group as Impey. He pulled them closer, no need for him to do that at all.
see what difference 3 seconds would have made:

^^ Yes. The Giro caused third world levels of productivity after the first week so this indifference is a blessing in disguise.

Is Tour De Suisse on UK eurosport?
I'm gonna need something to fill the void between the Dauphine and the Tour. Should be good watching, loads of climbing, and strong showings from some teams (i.e., OPQS: http://www.cyclingnews.com/news/omega-pharma-quick-step-targeting-sprint-success-at-tour-de-suisse)

TDS Stage 2 onwards is live but I can't even see a highlights show for Stage 1, is it a prologue?
-
• #2746
ITT it is

It'll be on. For sure.
If any issue just go to steep hill.tv for a link.

Why are OPQS taking their classics squad to TDS if there's loads of climbing?
Another question - why don't Sky get a man in the break so they don't have to chase all day?
-
• #2749
Also - where is Valverde? Barely raced recently and not down for TDS either.
-
• #2750
Would it help, though? Assuming the objective is to shepherd Froome, they can't really relax, even with a man up-front.
Perhaps if they had someone in the break, then they could sit on wheels and do no work while winding the others up?
The whole idea of Wiggins saying he wouldn't be going to the Tour, when that has not yet been decided, was to provoke editorials like that. His PR people know their job.
