So this is history! you will not be disappointed. slowly starts to make your annatomie fits.
the first time I've seen the 66...You have to add 2 cm seat output and slightly lean forward the saddle because of retroversion of your pelvis and also do yoga ;)
For your flexibility... .Bend over, touch your feet. Enjoy it! -

Thanks for that Gaston! It does makes sense to lower the tip of the saddle, although it looks a bit off...
About the 'bend over touch your feet thing': tried that once, not even close. -

Been 2 weeks since I've made any progress.. Can't really find the time to get the cables in place and wrap the bars. All parts are in though. In the mean time of course there is time for e-shopping, pff:

Nice Project, how are things coming along?
I'm actually buiding up a similar Concorde frame right now. I was wondering what the best way is of routing the brake cables from the brake levers. With regular bars, the cables would go up, but with bullhorn bars they have to go down...Seems I'll have to make a very sharp bend... I've got myself a pair of NOS Dia Compe AGC 251 brake levers...

Things are coming along slowly. Brakes are in place and working now. Next up are the gears & bar tape...
Regarding the brakes: with the Campagnolo levers i'm using i do have to make that sharp bend... Can't say it feels right, but they do work.

wouldn't a pair of these go better with the build? (i have a set (not for sale) and the 3ttt gunmetal is lovely)

That gunmetal would go nice with the rims... Thanks for the tip. Will keep an eye out for some of those!

Ha, last update on this frame/project was 4 years ago... about a year ago I decided to finish up what I'd started. It's a bit of a miss-match Campy set-up. But still the dream bike I had in mind when starting this project. Especially the FiR 700/650c combo I haven't seen on any other bike.
Although this is very much my dream bike, I'm thinking of selling because I really want to get my road bike game on point and do some more km's in 2018 (this bike is nowhere near my ideal measurements).
List f parts:
- Concorde Astore TT frame (90s) - 57-59CT
- Campagnolo C-Record Delta brakes 2nd gen.
- Campagnolo Athena Crank
- Campagnolo bottom bracket
- Campy Triomphe Pedalen + Campagnolo Aero toeclips
- Front wheel FiR Super Rialto Grid 650c with FiR hub
- Campagnolo rear hub Athena
- FiR Super Rialto Grid 700c rim, flat spokes
- Shimano 600 70mm stem NOS
- Campagnolo Brev Crank dust caps
- Continental Grand prix tires
- Campagnolo front/rear derailleur + shifters
- Campagnolo Aero bottle (Borraccia Biodynamica)
- Selle Italia Flite Evolution Carbon/Titanium
- Campagnolo Chorus/Record brake levers
- Nitto 666 seatpost
- Basic time trial bars with Syntce add-on
5 Attachments
- Concorde Astore TT frame (90s) - 57-59CT
So much good. Got a thing for FIR rims, great choice and job with the matching pair!
