The clamps are made for 1 1/4" fork blades while I suspect your fork blades are 1 1/8". I have the beer can shims on my bike since spring last year and have had no problems. You could always source some 1/16" metal sheet offcuts and get some DIY shims made if you prefer that.

The track is booked from 2pm this Sunday, if you want a league game to happen it'll have to be a 10am start so we can get three hours of throw-ins in afterwards...
