  • RIP rider.

My ride into this morning has been ten times as bad as it has been all summer. Stay save people.

  • My sincere condolences to the riders Family and friends.

  • Terrible. RIP and thoughts to friends and family.

  • Rip.

  • My thoughts are with the family. Rest in peace dear rider.

  • Poor woman. RIP.

  • Horrible news. Rest in peace.

  • Tragic news, thoughts and prayers are with the family and friends

  • RIP. Horrible news again.

  • Terrible news once more, RIP rider.

  • Horrible news. I used to ride thatpart of the south circular with kids so often. It's a nasty bit where there is a hole in cycle routes and it is very difficult to avoid the man road. Drivers also go a bit loopy trying to make it across from alleyn park road too. I feel so sad for the ladies family.

  • Aww man - its terrifying and brings it close to home when I have the fear it could be someone I know as a lot of my friends fit into category

  • Never fails to bring a tear to my eye, the black logo

Ride safe people, and spare a thought for the friends and family in this terrible time.

    Rest in peace rider.

  • R.I.P. Rider

My condolences to family and friends.

My heart sinks every (too often) time I see the black.

  • Aw no, I logged on to share a video and the black logo again :(

RIP rider. Condolences for the family, it must be so hard to hear somebody you expect home never will be.

  • Awful news, so horribly sad. RIP lady and condolences to her friends and family.

It's a scandal that there have been so many deaths this summer due to HGVs.

  • RIP. very sad.

  • Oh no. This seems to have been some kind of waste service lorry (Veolia), judging by the Standard picture, which is a type of lorry not often implicated in crashes in London. Rest in peace, unknown rider. :(

  • RIP lady rider. Just awful.

  • Had a real oh shit moment this morning, due to a lorry overtaking me and turning left without signalling. This news is really giving me the chills. RIP rider.

  • So, so sad.
    Condolences.

  • On the ride in this morning I witnessed a close call between a lady rider and a large left turning lorry. Spent 5 minutes with her after (driver and co-driver also came over) she was shaken but unhurt. It is a very fine line, please be careful on the road.

RIP rider. Thoughts with family and friends.

  • Too sad. Thought to the rider and all who knew her.

    Look after yourselves out there.

    Tx
