    What's the position on racing CTT time trials under the LFGSS CC banner?

    Do you whatever makes you happy.

    LFGSS will be a BC affiliated club, and for the hell of it I'll check every box against the types of sport we'll do.

    Do as much or as little as you like.

    OK, I hadn't quite grasped that BC affiliation covers membership or whatever it is of CTT. Nice.

    Confused on the racing thing, ive never joined a club or a raced or been a member of BC does being part of a bc registered club mean you dont need a the bronze liscence then?

    That's what I thought, hence my query with VB. If there is demand for it, it would be good to look into getting LFGSS affiliation with CTT as well, so I though I'd register my separate interest in that.

    Testers have to race under the banner of their first claim club. If lfgss.cc affiliates to CTT, that can be lfgss.cc, or you can stay with your existing club and nominate lfgss.cc as your second claim.

    If lfgss.cc pays the £30 annual affiliation fee, you'll be good to go in all CTT events. If lfgss.cc doesn't affiliate to CTT, you'll just have to join another club that is affiliated.

    OK. I'm with Farnham Road Club at the minute, but I have only a historical geographical association, hence my desire to have a slightly more relevant club as my 'first claim'

    Close to being in because this is only slightly more appropriate then the last time I had gym membership. paid for years, went... not so much.

    And, to paraphrase Groucho Marx, I wouldn't want to be a member of any club that would have me!
