Think you might be over analysing things. It's more about common decency and respect, than political correctness and club rules... and that should apply whatever jersey you're wearing.
I'm not over analysing it. If you're talking about common decency and respect, then for one; this site is full of homophobic comments.
And that should apply to whatever jersey you're wearing.

Lolz. I wouldn't have put it there if it didn't.

It does... point me to those comments by reporting them and those people will be warned about it (as you were regarding the sexist one) and if they persist they get banned.
Racist or sexist on LFGSS.com = breaking site rules and facing a ban.
Racist or sexist during LFGSS CC events = breaking club and BC rules and facing exclusion.
As for red light jumping, that doesn't occur on this site or during a track event... so it's none of my business. And unlike other clubs it doesn't become my business because of your choice of attire... I know that it's none of my business and will not involve the club in it.
The rules are pretty damn simple though. And if you do find someone breaking them, hit the report button that is at the bottom left of every post.
That said... the report button... generally if a single person reports something and it is during a spat with someone else, I'm going to ignore that. I want reports from unbiased parties and not those using the system to score points.
BTW, trying to defend your comment by saying "but those kids are doing it too" sounds childish and petulant. You could've just said, "Shit, sorry to those I've offended and I'll do my best to avoid such flippancy in future". The whole episode would've passed without another post, but you seem determined to drag it out a long long time. Are you really wanting to defend a sexist position? Probably not, you just didn't want to be called out over a dumb non-thinking post. I'd recommend a U-turn before you find yourself protesting too much.

don't be a pussy, don't be a dick.
Traditional stereotypical sexist attitude, anyone?
fuck off with your knee jerk assumptions. unlike your directly sexist statement mine was simply a reference to this discussion which was completely on-topic (a rarity for me) insofar as it describes how to behave on the road in an appropriate manner...
http://www.lfgss.com/thread60573.html
(apologies to anyone offended by the post title)
These wise words come from the polo scene (thanks Rik) They describe the balance needed to play good polo. They apply really well to riding a bike on road and the balance between asserting your right to be on the road and in the middle of the lane when you need to, and *allowing *drivers to pass you when it's appropriate and low risk for you.
Transport for London have been debating what advice to give to cyclists around the default riding position and there is some discussion, even disagreement around this issue between cycle trainers, road engineers and other parties. A conference is planned later this month for London boroughs to hammer this out and to make recommendations for changes to the National Standard training syllabus.
I hope to argue the case for a wider acceptance of cyclists in within the traffic stream including showing more cyclists in this position in TfL cycling promotion literature . It would be good to have some pithy phrase to use and that cycle trainers can use (Like 'see, be seen, communicate') to express the pussy/dick balance without offending anyone.
Any ideas?
I'd suggest you stop digging, apologise for the offense and move on. rather than try to fling shit around and hope it sticks to someone else all you'll do is make yourself look like an even bigger idiot.

You're right, it was a flippant comment and it seems I'm not PC enough for this site, so I guess I'll leave. I won't U-turn and I will not defend every post I made because I can't be arsed, so you and all the PC brigade on here can FUCK right off.
Twice.
Stay safe on the roads ;-)

Not being a bigot is nothing to do with political correctness - it's about being a decent person, and having respect for other people, whatever gender, race, sexuality etc..
Velocio completely nailed it calling your reaction chidish and petulant, and you've done nothing but reinforce that.
But you've already left, so it's doubtful you'll read this.
Tattybye.

I love the ol' PC defense. Often used as a thin veil to misogynistic or racist views.
See UKIP/Daily Mail. Also see people rallying against the 'haterz'.
Bullshit by people who can't/won't take criticism.

It's hardly a PC issue to expect a basic level of decency and respect for other human beings. And the PC thing on the RLJ point would be to denounce strongly, when actually I don't care.
But as you seem so insistent then enjoy your flounce, may it give you a feeling of great satisfaction and smugness.

Amusing that someone with "Mac" in their forum name should be ranting against PC.

That depends on your school of lexicography; prescriptive or descriptive? Since it is used far more often as a term of abuse than as a vulgar slang term for a lady-garden, it is quite possible that there are people out there who know it means "an unpleasant or stupid person"(OED) without knowing that it also means "female genitalia, particularly the vulva"
With the -ard suffix, of course, it never refers to a body part, only to "a despicable man"(Macquarie)
