  • Since they dicked around with that bit of the A10 by Seven Sisters/Tottenham Hale it's been an almighty dog's arsehole.

Proper gridlock all the way across the reservoir from Blackhorse Road to Seven Sisters every morning and shite on the way home too.

  • Which bit of Bank is closed November? The Junction?

  • yeah (all of it apparently)

  • So in simple terms

Everyday - Rush Hour - London

Other cunts getting in my way

  • Yeah, London Bridge being fucked at the north end is pretty much the reason my commute is now this.

And yes, I Strava every ride I do. I'm a data geek. It's what I do.

  • 52.8mph top speed. sweet!

  • Ha. I wish. Strava on iOS 7 is shockingly shite.

  • TFL /Lewisham council/Conway have managed to keep Ladywell Road closed since July and completion has slipped from Sep to Oct whilst the people actually working on it have been saying "Christmas". Was originally supposed to have been completed by June!

  • Old Kent road closed off completely from St james road to I couldn't tell where westbound. Would guess Albany or Trafalgar avenue. Lots of police, large vehicles crammed down side roads. Hopefully nothing serious, probably cleared by home time.

  • Yeah everyone's doing really well for the format here. Well done.

I don't play by anyone's rules but my own. Sometimes not even them.

  • Road surface on Sussex Gardens. Someone helpful Road-mendersons have taken a few chunks out of the road and left it like that. Not clear why, maybe it just seemed like a good idea at the time? Perhaps their Mum needed a new drive so matey boys recycled the public highway. Who knows? Was going too fast his morning hopped the second of these delightful obstacles with my front wheel and I've gone and bursted the old back tyre, isn't it. Don't be a prong like me.

  • It's quite common for stretches of street to be left like that for a few days before full reinstatement can be carried out. When I rode along there the other night, there were signs warning of ramps, as there should be.

Now pushed back to 30/11/13. Unbelievable.

  • 16/10/2013 - 8.40 - Edgeware Road

Traffic at a stand still south bound all the way back to the A40. I'm assuming there's something wrong at Marble Arch - it's backing up onto all the feeder roads around there too.

  • Cunts on Wimbledon high street assuming I won't hit them if they walk out from in front of a bus

  • Cunts on Wimbledon high street assuming I won't hit them if they walk out from in front of a bus

    Makes you the cunt.

  • Cunts on Wimbledon high street assuming I won't hit them if they walk out from in front of a bus

have you tried yawning at them?

  • Makes you the cunt.

I'd never deliberately hit a ped but if they come out a foot in front of me I'll hit them there's not much I can do

  • 16 October 2013 1400 Muswell Hill
Some problem with a Train Bridge, perhaps a driver crashed into it.
    Police preventing passage

And the fu*king rain didn't help. In fact whenever it rains so many more people drive -HTFU and get some waterproof gear fair-weather riders

  • I'd never deliberately hit a ped but if they come out a foot in front of me I'll hit them there's not much I can do

Then you could be riding further out so you can see what is happening and if passing a stopped bus slow down as people are likely to be walking out. Be a smug cyclist, realise other people don't think much and do a little thinking for them.

Yeah true I could be a little more proactive it's just a pain when your filtering and someone walks out with no space to stop

  • Heads up

Big crash on Lambeth Road outside the Imperial War Museum. Road is closed eastbound as police are investigating.

  • Me again, bearer of crash news

Big smash on Oxford Street outside Selfridges, looks like buses are involved. Lots of emergency services in attendance. Traffic is absolute chaos, I made the mistake of getting a bus after my docs appointment, had to walk from Hyde Park Corner.

  • Horses, doors, stables and bolts come to mind. Who has time to check LFGSS as they're actually riding to work?

  • It's to warn people who maybe haven't left to cycle somewhere yet so they can go another way.
