Sounds like a weird lift. I don't really know a hell of a lot about all this yet, but I suspect there is a much better way of working the shoulder without mucking up your wrist.

Just over a month in to using this protein lark, eating right and climbing lots, I've gained a couple pounds but dropped a belt size. Pretty sure its all muscle.
I'm keeping an eye on it though as the strength/weight ratio means everything and it is very easy to get one's muscles stronger than your tendons can endure, which has bitten me before.
Now the initial strength increase has happened, I'm going to have to regulate it a bit more and just keep a closer eye on everything. Also been using a resistance band every day, which seems to have done something. -

That's what porridge is for: edible scouring brush.

The consistency of Spar porridge reminds me of wallpaper glue...
It's the ideal "are you really hungry test". If you want to eat it, you are.

I always undercook it so it has something resembling texture. Otherwise its quite nice!

I've tried that, but it's so fine that it turns snotty no matter what.
Tesco Organic/Jordan's are quite nice though. Well, handy if I run out of glue in the office...

What grade of Spurtle are you using?
-
• #669
Grade powertool :p
Making another batch of Protein snickers. Me thinks a better shape instead of traybake tin will help my job here...always end up with thin patches in choc, which equals a mess.
Fine food for the powerlifting comp as it turned out.

Can you mix whey with peanut butter?
-
• #671
Seems fine, the mix in this is: Greek yoghurt (fage low fat as it's thick) + whey choc taste + peanut butter.
Outside is choc mixed with coco oil and some peanuts thrown in
-
• #672
Love the fage yoghurt. High protein as well.

A few drops of grapefruit seed extract in a glass of water. Tastes awful but is really good for post-exercise cold symptoms.
Just dont get the undiluted stuff in your eye.
Try eating more food, too. Its pretty normal to get what you describe so unless its very acute, I wouldn't worry too much.

Overtraining ? It seems possible as you've just competed and your CNS is probably pretty beat up .
