If I didn't already have the Merckx with a modern group, then this would of been ideal.
The plan is to get this quickly built so I can use it over winter. Hence the lower spec group.
Ultimately this should be Dura-Ace 7400

like the front (silver stem and chromed forks), not a fun of the black seatpost.
Overall a nice Merckx! -

Part III
I plan to build this back up for L'Eroica Britannia 2016, as I sadly missed this years. Planning on a mix of Campagnolo Super-Record / Nuovo Record

I seem to remember a previous Gazelle monostay having something of a torrid time on the 2014 edition, no?

I am a ex AX man now after that experience.
I do have a nice image somewhere taken from L'Eorica Briannia website, with a snip it from your write up mentioning my ride.
Very nice! love the straight forks...
I think I have mechs and pedals (sans toe clips) if you need them... Martin might have the shifters but I think they are fairly beaten up... I'll ask him when he's home
(I'd be tempted to find a cheap rival or force 10s group for this... and some carbon wheels....)
