is it not either wingflex or twin flex? tbh I fucking hate them, tailbone is killing me next day after anything longer than 2h.

who?
Sorry I didn't mean on the slave ride, I just meant in general. My bad. Yes, on his custom frame his legs are nowhere near overly straight, like yours and his frame is custom.

Just looked at the video and my legs aren't really that straight at all.
Also checked by putting my heel in the pedal, they we pretty much staring there. -

have you considered a bike fit?
-
• #116
I hear there is an internet forum somewhere that offers expert fittings by committee

You need 10mm of shims in your left shoe. Then and only then will you have the core stability to defeat Hoy.

Your legs were dead straight though, with no bend at all
Did you see the angle of Henry's legs on the slave ride at full extension? They were by no means straight, and he has a custom frame!
Sumo?
He was on the makino.Makino is set up to have the same leg extension as my Oak.
The baseline is 10 degrees of knee bend when at the bottom of your pedal stroke but it's a bit different for everyone. Since getting a bike fit and lowering my saddle, if I now put it slightly too high then my hamstrings start to hurt and I can really feel the power difference. Of course it also depends on the angle you like to have your feet at too. -

Well here's my leg at the straightest part of the pedal stroke.

to high

frame is definitely too small

If I find it too uncomfortable for the road I'll use it just for track.

This was never meant to be a long rides bike, have the Brooklyn for that.
Only pic I have of it with what's pretty much the long ride setup.

Not posting the video from behind because I don't want a video of my butt on the internet*.
