I never heard back from Evans. I'll just have to hope for a reply or a restock at halfords. Both of which I doubt will happen.

promotion code was rec'd from Evans this morning..

the price match applies to any of the saddles priced at the same as the honey saddle (£70); sadly that excludes the Green (!)

Code seemed to work on the brown saddle, then basket messed up, and not working - didn't apply the discount on the black one...

Edit: It worked... i selected pickup in store though. Delivery would not work at all.

I am expecting that too. Note, as the honeys have gone out of stock (no idea why) I found that the price match worked with the brown.

Seems like they're systematically removing all the colours which may have had honoured codes associated with them, maybe in preparation for the "sorry, we cannot honour this sale" email...

Cant see a reason why they shouldnt honour the sale, after all they did give us the codes and have taken my money.

But depending on how many they've sold and how much money they've just lost, we'll see if they can make up a reason why they wont. I have my fingers crossed

Got a honey B17 at Halfords in Bristol. Worth going in to your local store though. The interweb said none in stock but the lad who served me said they had sold the last black one an hour before my visit. The net said none in stock the previous night. Plenty of people order but don't collect in time and then it goes back up for sale. Worth a punt at this price
