is it just me or is the stream stopping evert 20 secs?

is it my internet thats shit or the stream? it keeps stopping and starting all the time

Had the same problem on slow PC, better on faster laptop...

Looks like this is a Japanese followed and he's just recorded their games... It's stopped streaming and it's just videos now.
