can also back up the hangover prevention. seems to work very well

I'm a Zero High fan, but the Nuun hype here and generous discount has persuaded me to give the cola and lemon tea flavours a go.

I've just picked up a 4 pack of lemon tea and a 4 pack of the new flavours mixed fruit.

I'd seen this thread before, but I felt the prices were a bit high. I know in the newsletter you reference High5. I've previously bought the Zero's mainly as they've tended to have some very cheap deals on wiggle and CRC. I'd be interested to compare the stats, flavours, and prices with these.

Well I've gone and ordered some Kola, and some Lemon tea. So I now have all the flavours coming.

Cant believe I did this (uber nerd)

10x12x500 = 60,000ml
1000ml per hour / 30 km/h = 33 ml/km
60,000 / 33 = 1818km

But maths says I should order another box.

4 x 12 x 500 = 24,000ml
500ml / Sunday ride = 48 Sunday rides
Sunday ride = 160 miles
48 x 160 = 7680 miles.
Cost = £6 + £1.50 p&p.
10.24 miles per penny.
Value.

I was reading that you should drink a liter per hour. Reckon I drink half that, maybe even less. But I'm looking to be much better at fluid, and food intake.

Interested to try some other flavours, I've only ever had the Cola ones and they were pretty rank.

Just ordered a few lemon tea, strawberry lemonade and cola.

I used the orange ones for the Dynamo and thought they were nice but a bit pricey. I hadn't thought of them for general drinking/hang over prevention but will probably use them more for general consumption now.
